Join Kirsten Korot and Zelena Garcia for a special New Moon Workshop on July 15th 6-730pm at Blanks Studios. If you like Kundalini Yoga and love to dance come explore this unique and joyous creative movement class with Kunda Dance followed by a New Moon Sound Bath and Gong Meditation.

Kunda Dance is a combination of dance, yoga and fitness that will take you on a journey through movements that are related to the chakras in your body. Kunda is a fun uplifting and creative dance that combines powerful asanas, breaths and movements to shake away all of your fears and insecurities leaving you energized, vibrant and most important joyful.

A Sound Bath is are a healing journey that relaxes the body, calms the mind and activates your body's natural healing systems. We will use a wide variety of sound healing instruments including crystal and tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, windsinger and more to create an experience that vibrates the body at a cellular level leaving you feeling revitalized, rejuvenated and relaxed.

Prepare for your experience:
– Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in.
- Bring a yoga mat and bottle of water (water is also available for $2) 
- Dress in layers and comfortably since it is an aerobic workout and then you will lay down for the cool down and sound bath meditation. You will remove shoes as well. 
– Don't come on a full stomach - Eat at least 2 hours before or a light snack if closer to the workshop start time
