• Something comfortable to sit or lie on (yoga mat, cushion, or blanket)

• Water to stay hydrated

• A journal or paper and writing utensil for reflection

• A small item to contribute to our centerpiece/community healing altar - pieces of nature, flowers, crystals, poem, art, prayer or intention, etc.  

• (optional) Eye mask

• Bring your full self and an open heart.  Your presence matters!
